Privacy policy
Premier Achat (premierachat.immo) is a guide published by Équipe Lefrançois, real estate brokers with Royal LePage Tendance. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
What we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the stage of your project, your message (optional), the page you sent it from, the language, and the date and time of your consent.
- For anti-spam protection only: a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.
The calculators and the quiz run entirely in your browser: what you type in them is never sent to us.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about your home purchase project, as you requested. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can access it
The brokers of Équipe Lefrançois who follow up on your request. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and notification emails may be sent through Resend, an email provider located in the United States: your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Quebec, under agreements that require it to be protected.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last exchange, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies
Only with your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure its audience in aggregate: pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location (city level) and device type. These cookies (_ga, _ga_*) do not identify you by name, and we never send the information you enter in the contact form to Google. Data may be processed outside Quebec, on Google's servers. They stay off until you click “Accept” in the banner; your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site uses no advertising cookies; the private administration area uses a technical session cookie.
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Adam Deplaix, Équipe Lefrançois: adam@equipelefrancois.ca. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
